Returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To request a return, customers must email zayielondon@gmail.com including their order number and reason for return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and free from fragrance or makeup.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Sale items are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If an incorrect or faulty item has been received, notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was
incorrect or faulty.

- Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
